These terms govern your use of FPV Deals (the "Service"), a price-tracking and alerting tool for first-person-view drone and RC hobby products.
FPV Deals monitors prices across a set of online retailers and lets you create a "watch" on a product with a target price. When a tracked listing drops to or below your target, we notify you through the channel(s) you've configured (currently: email). We link out to retailers so you can complete a purchase there — FPV Deals never sells anything directly and never handles payment information.
Prices are gathered automatically from retailer websites on a rotating schedule and may be out of date, incorrect, or no longer available by the time you view or act on them. Always confirm the current price and availability on the retailer's own site before purchasing. We are not responsible for pricing errors, discontinued products, or a retailer's failure to honor a price shown here.
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address — there is no password to lose or leak. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address secure. You may delete your watches at any time from the dashboard; contact us to close your account entirely.
Don't use the Service to abuse, scrape, or overload it, or to try to access another user's data. We may suspend or terminate access for behavior that threatens the Service or its ability to serve other users.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that every price change will be detected, or that any alert will be delivered.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
